Annual ECR Report
The 2005 ECR Policy Memorandum directs all federal departments and agencies to document their ECR planning and implementation efforts in an
annual report submitted to OMB and CEQ. Submissions from federal departments and agencies are due to OMB and CEQ annually by January 15.
Since the memorandum was issued, the reporting departments and agencies have worked collaboratively to create annual overviews of the ECR
work undertaken across the federal government. The U.S. Institute assists with this effort, and on behalf of the participating federal
departments and agencies, the U.S. Institute is pleased to make the following ECR reports available via the links below:
