Practitioners' Network for Large Landscape Conservation Spring 2012 Meeting
The Practitioners' Network is holding its Spring 2012 meeting on May 21, 2012, at the JW Marriott Starr Pass in
Tucson, Ariz. The Network's meeting has been planned to occur during the same week as the U.S. Institute's ECR2012
Conference: "Working Across Boundaries," so that participants in both conferences can take advantage of the information,
tools, and resources provided by these complementary events. The Practitioners' Network is an informal alliance of
individuals and organizations interested in furthering the objectives of large landscape conservation.
Members of the Practitioners' Network have been busy planning for an engaging and interactive day-long meeting focused on
-
the latest policy developments in large landscape conservation;
-
the products and work plans of the Policy, Communications, and Capacity Building Working Groups;
-
new tools and resources for working at the large landscape scale; and
-
building the Network moving forward.
